Where do you deliver?

We offer simple FREE shipping across Australia.

Where are your products made?

All Enviro Bin Catch products are proudly Australian designed and Australian made in regional Victoria. Carefully hand-crafted to withstand the harsh Australian elements.

How do your products work?

Basically, our bin straps are designed to stop wheelie bin lids from opening, whether it's from wind, tipping over or animals/birds. Simply secure the product when you take your wheelie bin kerbside for collection. The mechanism automatically allows the bin lid to open only when the bid is collected by council rubbish collecting trucks.

Are your products easy to use?

Yes! All of our products have been designed with both durability and usability in mind. Learn more.

Why do I need your product?

Bins regularly fall over from wind, accidents and sometimes even bored kids - causing unsightly and smelly rubbish. Pesky wildlife also see wheelie bins as an opportunity for an easy meal. Not only can they get caught up in the rubbish or eat something they shouldn't, they most frustratingly create a big mess for others to clean up. A small investment can save you a BIG hassle.

Shouldn't councils be providing this service? After all, I am paying rates!

Yes! We 100% agree, and we are working with councils in this matter. Unfortunately, this process is slow-moving. However, there are some forward thinking councils that we are already partnering with. We encourage you to write to your local council about this matter if they don't currently offer free bin lid security products.

We have our prices low and offer FREE shipping so they are accessible to the general public. It's a very small price to pay to keep your surrounding environment tidy and save you from picking up your rubbish after an annoying spill.

Do I need to nominate a bin size when ordering?

Yes. All Enviro Bin Catch products are made to suit standard wheelie bin sizes of 120 litres, 140 litres, and 240 litres.

If you're still not sure which Enviro Bin Catch product suits your needs, please contact us for expert advice.

Cockatoos and crows are getting into my bin. What can I do?

If you have cockatoos or crows opening your bin you need the BinM8 stainless steel because they are flying bolt cutters that can cut and open anything else.

Do I need to adjust the device before collection?

No. The whole point is to hold lids down during the most vulnerable period when out on the kerbside all our products self-release.

Will the local council let me install your products?

Most councils encourage the use of these products, however, if it doesn’t work or self-release they may place a notice on your bin asking you to remove it.

How long do Enviro Bin Catch products last?

The BinWeb and BinM8 use bungee cords and starter cords, and with the aggressive nature of bin collections, it is expected these products will last a few years. The good news is that worn parts can be replaced as needed and are sold separately.

The BinM8 Stainless Steel will outlast most bins and can be reinstalled onto new bins.

Can I get replacement parts if there is a collection accident?

Yes. All parts are available separately so your product can live on and not become part of the landfill.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We proudly stand behind our amazing products. For this reason, we offer a 12-month warranty on defective materials.

Will your products harm birds/wildlife?

No. Our products will stop animals from opening the bin. They will not be harmed in any way.
